Our Story

KAYA is a platform built around marinas, hotels, and distinctive properties in coastal and destination markets.

The portfolio is anchored by waterfront infrastructure — marinas that support long-term boating, travel, and local economies — and complemented by a growing collection of hotels and unique stays in carefully chosen locations. Together, these assets form an integrated approach to hospitality and coastal development.

Operating across Panama, St. Croix (USVI), and Belgium, KAYA focuses on places with enduring value rather than short-term trends. Each location is selected for its setting, access, and operational viability, with an emphasis on assets that work year-round.

Sustainability is treated as infrastructure, not branding. Where possible, properties incorporate solar energy, rainwater systems, and efficient utilities to ensure reliability, resilience, and reduced environmental impact — particularly in remote or island environments.
